We are Peter and Nel Duin. Since 2 years we are the happy owners of a beautiful villa in La Viñuela. We are "pensionadas" and really enjoy our place in Spain. But the months that we are in the Netherlands, to catch up with our family and friends, we rent out our house.

Price May and June € 240 per day
Price July and Aug € 265 per day
The price is for the whole villa and not per person.
This price includes: bed linen, towels, bath towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, cleaning after 10 days, etc.etc.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
For stays of 11 days or more, sheets and towels are changed in between and the bathrooms are cleaned. No costs are charged for this.
An additional cleaning service or English speaking babysitting can be arranged for a fee.
You will be met upon arrival and taken to La Duna Alta.
The Rent
is arranged for us in La Viñuela by an English couple Ian and Janet. They have been doing this work, since 2004, with heart and soul. They pride themselves on their ability to accommodate your needs to ensure a perfect holiday. They live nearby and are therefore easy to reach for all your questions.
The Personal Service
means that you will be greeted by us or our customer service manager. You are then taken to the villa, shown how things work and told some of the key facts and information about the area. There will also be a welcome book for you to refer to, but remember they are just a phone call away if you need them.
They pride themselves on the total quality approach they apply to every aspect of their business. The villa is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets guests' expectations. Quality beyond the standard, we know you will experience this once you have met their teams and have an unforgettable holiday experience.
