Question: "Is the price per person or for the whole villa and what are the additional costs"

The price is for the whole villa and NOT per person. There are no additional costs. Except for, for example, tickets, car rental and (travel) insurance

Question: "What time can I check in and out"

The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The cleaners and gardener need this time before the new guests arrive. Please note that they may arrive before 10am. However, you do not have to take this into account yourself. It may be possible to have the villa available earlier or to leave later. We are very flexible in this. If possible, we will certainly take that into account.

Question: "Which airport is near"

That is Malaga airport. It can be reached in less than 1 hour by car.

Question: What currency do you accept?”

You can pay by bank transfer in €Euro or £Sterling. If you want to pay in a different currency, you can use our credit or debit card facilities.

Question: "Do you accept credit and debit cards, is there a fee?"

We accept all major cards. All card transactions are billed in GBP and converted to your local currency by the card issuer at the applicable rate. Please note that there is no transaction fee for paying with debit or credit card.

Question: “Is the villa suitable for everyone?”

Yes. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom  and the site itself is also flat. If you have any concerns, please call or email us and we will give you individual and honest advice about your specific requirements.

Question: "Do you offer babysitting?"

Yes: we can arrange babysitting by a fully UK qualified person in early childhood education and childcare. So in English.

Question: "Weekly cleaning service?"

If you stay up to 10 nights, the cleaning service is only on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure. The villa has washing machines or, if desired, additional cleaning and laundry can usually be arranged at an additional cost. If you have booked the accommodation for 11 nights or more, you will also receive an intermediate change of sheets/towels and cleaning of the bathrooms. If you require a full cleaning, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Question: "Do you provide a welcome pack?"

Yes: we provide a free welcome pack. It consists of the basics i.e. bread, milk, butter, jam, cheese, ham, a bottle of water, wine and orange juice. Tea bags, coffee and sugar will also be provided in the villa along with salt, pepper, flour, oil, vinegar, some herbs and spices. We also offer a 'complete store' from a local supermarket at an additional cost.

Question: "Do you provide bed linen and towels?"

All bed linen and towels are supplied including pool towels.

Question: "Should I bring a hair dryer, iron, etc.?"

In the villa  there is  a hair dryer, irons, ironing boards, washing machines,  a dishwasher and a tumble dryer. What you have at home.

Question: "Can I connect to the Internet?"

The villa has a free WiFi internet connection.

Question: “Can the changeover day be changed?”

We offer every day change and number of nights, with a minimum of seven nights. The price is just pro-rata of the weekly rate, nothing added.

Question: “How far is the villa to coast.”

La Duna Alta is between 20 and 30 minutes drive to the beaches.

Question: "Air conditioning?"

Full air conditioning means all bedrooms and the living areas. We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of these units under any circumstances, although we will always try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Question: "Which TV channels can I receive?"

A lot. At least all Dutch, Belgian and English channels. Obviously the Spanish and much more

Question: "Do I get a local contact?"

Yes, you will have our representative's name and local phone number to call at any time
time if you have any unforeseen problems or if you need advice on anything.
